Frequent questions
What does Flair do?

How do I install a Flair Front on my unit?
The Flair Front installs in a few simple steps, without tools. Brackets mount onto the AC unit, the frame snaps into place, and the front is easily hung and removed as needed.
Are Flair fronts compatible with all air conditioner models?
Flair fronts are designed to fit most standard air conditioner units. Please check our compatibility guide (Find Your Size on each product page) or contact our support team if you have any questions about your specific model

How does Flair approach longevity and reuse?
Flair allows the appearance of the air conditioner to change without replacing the unit itself, supporting longer product life and reduced material use. The product is designed with recyclability in mind, using mono-material components where possible and paper-based packaging.
Will a Flair Front affect my air conditioner's airflow?
Flair Fronts are designed with an open bottom that allows air to pass through freely. In most cases, airflow is not affected at all.
However, if your AC unit is mounted close to the ceiling or has limited space above the vent, it's worth a quick check. Measure the distance between the top of your AC unit and the top of the airflow vent. If this distance is more than 240 mm, you're good to go — the cover will not block airflow. If it's less than 240 mm, the cover may restrict airflow for your specific installation.

How to clean and maintain your Flair Front?
Felt and textile fronts can be gently vacuumed or wiped with a slightly damp cloth as needed. Clean the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture.
